  In 2022 a Medicare rep called me and told me about a new program. He assured me over and over that my doctors took the plan. So I enrolled into his program. As it turned out, my most important doctor did not take that plan. I was devastated! Seeing this doctor is important for me to keep my eyesight. I called Deenie Daley and she was so gracious. She was so concerned when I told her what happened. Deenie told me that she would take care of this and get me on the right plan for me. I can never say enough about her integrity, caring nature and professionalism. She saved my eyesight!
